Alert: Top Democrat ARRESTED – Feds Hauled Him Away In Handcuffs

Another day, another corrupt Democrat has pleaded guilty to committing serious crimes and is facing serious prison time.

It sure seems like when a city or state is run by Democrats, there’s always high crime and rampant corruption.

And this theory is especially true after another liberal lawmaker was just caught breaking the law — and the FBI caught him red-handed.

Dennis Tyler, the Democratic mayor of Muncie, Indiana, was arrested at his home by the FBI amid a massive corruption probe.

“I can confirm an arrest warrant was executed at the home of Mayor Dennis Tyler this morning and he is currently in custody,” said Christine Bavender, a spokesperson for the FBI.

Tyler faces up to 10 years in prison.

Tyler accepted a $5,000 cash bribe from Tracy Barton, the Muncie Sanitary District’s superintendent of sewer maintenance and engineering, for “awarding of contracts under Tyler’s influence.”

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said Tyler steered, “lucrative excavation work to a local contractor.”

It’s doesn’t seem like the feds had to do much to catch Tyler — he committed his crime out in the open.

The Democrat mayor is so ignorant that he accepted a cash bribe while the FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office had been leading 4-year investigation into illegal payments associated with public works projects in Muncie.

Tyler accepted illegal payments while the FBI was still investigating him, his office, and the businesses and associates he had been working with over the years.
