Big Deal: House Vote Alert – 73 Republican Lawmakers Say ‘YES’

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff is in hot water after his most recent anti-Trump stunt backfired.

The California lawmaker has been trying to bring down President Donald Trump for over two years — but his latest plan just hurt him politically big time.

During a hearing before the House Intelligence Committee last week, Schiff got busted lying about Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

After getting called out by Republicans for lying, Schiff claimed he was joking and that his totally fabricated version of the call was meant to be “parody.”

And now, a whopping 73 House Republicans support a resolution to condemn Schiff for deliberately lying before Congress.

The resolution, H.Res. 604, was sponsored by House Freedom Caucus Chairman Andy Biggs, who said that Schiff’s stunt “inexcusable” and that he misled the American people in his statement.

Republicans have mounted an offensive against Schiff for lying about the conversation between Trump and Zelensky to advance Democrats pipe dream of impeachment.

Schiff and Speaker Nancy Pelosi are leading House Democrats impeachment efforts against Trump over a phone call he had back in July with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

A so-called whistleblower filed a complaint alleging that Trump directly asked Zelensky to turn over DNC servers to his administration — but no such request appears in the transcript of the July 25 phone call.

Furthermore, the complaint also claims (1) Trump suggested Zelensky keep his current prosecutor and (2) that a State Department official was on the call between the two leaders.

Newly released reports and information show that both of those claims are also false.

The whistleblower filed a complaint about a call that they never heard, and Democrats want Trump impeached over a call that they also never heard.

After an internal investigation, the Office of Intelligence Community Inspector General found that the “whistleblower” had a “political bias” in favor of one of Trump’s rivals in the 2020 presidential election.

The whistleblower is lying on so many levels.

Schiff didn’t bother to mention any of this during the House hearing last week. Instead, he tried to lie about the Trump-Zelensky phone call, but he got busted.
