FIRING NOTICE: Congress Stunned – President Trump Did It

Looking over the tapes from the early days of the Trump impeachment hearings has brought a doozy of a problem for Democrats given it certainly appears one of their key witnesses lied under oath.

President Donald Trump already fired her, but now more evidence has emerged proving that despite what she and Democrats have claimed, she had to go.

For starters, former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch said in her congressional testimony that she knew Trump had the right to fire her any time he wanted, but she was still “upset” and “shocked” that he did so.

But the real bombshell came after Yovanovitch lied under oath about her contacts with the Obama administration — in particular, Joe and Hunter Biden.

During the public impeachment hearings in the House Intelligence Committee in November, every witness was allowed to deliver an opening statement.

During Yovanovitch’s opening, she stated:

“Although I have met former Vice President Joe Biden several times over the course of our many years in government service, neither he nor the previous administration ever raised the issue of either Burisma or Hunter Biden with me.”

But when she was questioned by lawmakers during the hearing on that same day, Yovanovitch offered a different version of her own story.

New York Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik questioned Yovanovitch: “The first time you personally became aware of Burisma was actually when you were being prepared by the Obama State Department for your Senate confirmation hearings, and this was in the form of practice questions and answers.”

Stefanik went on: “This was your deposition. And you testified in this particular practice Q&A with the Obama State Department, it wasn’t just generally about Burisma and corruption. It was specifically about Hunter Biden and Burisma. Is that correct?”

Yovanovitch confirmed: “Yes. It is.”

Yovanovitch either lied during her opening testimony or she lied in giving that answer — both of which are serious offenses.

It’s clear she was trying to mislead everyone about the Obama administration actually being well-aware of the Biden-Ukraine problem.

Joe Biden has maintained that although he knew Hunter was placed on the board of Burisma, he didn’t “know what he [Hunter] was doing.”

If Yovanovitch was being briefed on Hunter Biden and his shady Ukraine business dealings — then it’s almost guaranteed the Obama administration and Joe Biden knew about the problem.

First and foremost, Yovanovitch needs to be held accountable for lying.

Secondly, there must be an investigation as to just what the Obama administration was doing to cover all this up and the motivation behind these measures.

Documents show that just a month before then-Vice President Joe Biden forced the firing of Ukraine prosecutor Viktor Slokin, the Ukraine energy company paying Hunter Biden $50,000 a month undertook a massive lobbying effort of the White House to fire him.

Ukraine suspected Burisma of corruption and money laundering, but Biden allegedly abused his power as VP to pressure the Ukrainian government to drop the investigation.

It’s not a coincidence that Biden’s son, Hunter, was serving on the board of Burisma at the exact same time that he pressured them to drop the probe.

If Biden used his power as VP to pressure Ukraine into removing the prosecutor who was investigating a shady deal involving his son, that would be catastrophic and maybe even illegal.
