The Democrat-controlled House of Representatives officially passed both articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Wednesday night.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi successfully led the most partisan impeachment witch hunt in modern American history.
Late Wednesday night, Trump reacted to the House impeachment vote with a perfect meme on social media.
“In reality, they’re not after me, they’re after you,” the text of the meme, which features a photo of the president, declares. “I’m just in the way.”

Think about the truth behind what Trump is saying.
This is an attack on our country, the fundamental right to vote, and the foundation of a democracy. Democrats are trying to overturn our election with a coup attempt.
Without a shred of evidence Trump committed a crime and without a single Republican voting in favor of either article of impeachment — Pelosi and Democrats are trying to remove the duly elected president of the United States.
The sham, bogus, and highly partisan impeachment witch hunt is nothing more than Democrats latest attempt to overturn the results of the 2016 election.
Hours before Trump’s meme went viral on Twitter, the House officially passed both articles of impeachment.
Multiple Democrats voted against Democrats’ first article of impeachment against Trump, while no Republicans defected and supported the Democrats’ partisan effort.
On the first article of impeachment, “abuse of power,” Democrats voted 228–2, Republicans voted 0–195, and the one independent member of Congress voted for impeachment.
The final vote on the first article of impeachment was 230–197–1.
The vote on the second article of impeachment, “obstruction of Congress,” concluded with even more Democrats defecting from their party and voting against impeachment.
The final vote on the second article of impeachment is Democrats voted 228–3, Republicans voted 0–195, and the one independent member of Congress voted for impeachment.
The final vote on the second article of impeachment was 229–198–1.
Not a single Republican voted in favor of either bogus impeachment charge.
While the House voted on the articles of impeachment, Trump held a gigantic rally in Battle Creek, Michigan.
He was completely unfazed by the news of impeachment in the House.
“With today’s illegal, unconstitutional and partisan impeachment, House Democrats are declaring their deep hatred and disdain for American Voters,” he said. “This lawless and partisan impeachment is a political suicide march for the Democrat Party!”
Trump also praised Republicans for their unity and gladly pointed to Democrats who voted with them against both articles.

It’s clear to anyone who has been paying attention that Democrats have no case and only impeached Trump because they know they can’t beat him in 2020.
They have accused POTUS of just about everything imaginable, and after months of wasting taxpayer dollars to hold impeachment hearings, they still can’t prove the president did anything wrong.
The impeachment trial will begin in the GOP-controlled Senate in January.
And Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has already revealed exactly what’s going to happen.
