Kamala Harris Makes Campaign-Ending Comment About Immigrants

Sen. Kamala Harris has a real shot at securing the 2020 Democratic nomination because she has proposed so many socialist policies and ideas that radical leftists strongly support.

But Harris slipped up recently and made a potentially campaign-ending comment about immigrants and those who have broken the law.

During an interview Sunday with NBC’s Chuck Todd, the 2020 hopeful accused President Donald Trump of using “terror” tactics to deport illegal aliens in the country.

When asked about a recent illegal immigration raid in Mississippi, Harris said it was part of the Trump administration’s “campaign of terror” and that POTUS only wants to terrorize minorities.

These comments will not sit well with most Americans, especially given many support building a wall, securing the border, and deporting illegal aliens who broke the law to enter the country.

“This administration has directed [the Department of Homeland Security] to conduct these raids as part of what I believe is this administration’s campaign of terror, which is to make whole populations of people afraid to go to work,” Harris said.

She added: “Children are afraid to go to school for fear that when they come home, their parents won’t be there.”

The Aug. 7 ICE raid targeted seven chicken processing facilities across Mississippi suspected of employing illegal aliens.

The raids, which resulted in 680 illegals being apprehended, was the agency’s single biggest in-state raid in U.S. history.

“People are afraid in our country,” Harris said, responding to a question about minorities being “terrified” to live in “Trump’s America.”

“Trump’s actions have been to divide, to vilify, to do what is contrary to who we are as Americans — which is to say it’s ‘us versus them,’” she added, again accusing the president of being a racist.

Harris has made a slew of controversial comments in recent months.

Immediately after the two mass shootings earlier this month in Dayton, Ohio, and El Paso, Texas, Harris responded by sending out an email in which she begged supporters to donate to her 2020 campaign.

Just consider that: immediately after two horrific shootings, Harris’s first thought was to send out social media posts and emails begging for money to help her 2020 campaign.

Harris revealed last month that one of the first actions she would take as president would be to force Americans to pay reparations to descendants of slaves.

While speaking with fired ESPN host Jemele Hill on a podcast, Harris made it clear she believes that “writing a check” to the descendants of slaves is not “going to be enough” when it comes to reparations.

Instead, Harris is in favor of forming a commission to study reparations and wants the government to use taxpayer money to write checks and create programs in various sectors for the descendants of slaves.

Harris wants to go above and beyond to compensate descendants of slaves — and YOU, the taxpayer, will be stuck footing the bill.

“We need to address how we’re going to do it… because back to the point I was making about home ownership…back to the point I was making about disparities around education… you can look at health outcomes when you know that black women are three to four times more likely to die in connection with child birth,” Harris said.

She added: “So there’s a lot that has to be about looking at this in a way that is about structural and systemic investment in communities.”

Things have been so bad for Harris that her own father went public recently and revealed that she is a “total fraudster.”
