Nancy Pelosi SURRENDERS – Gives Trump Historic Victory

Ever since the Democrats kicked off their bogus impeachment witch hunt, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has failed to bring up a vote on several bills that would actually help the American people.

Rather than put politics aside and help the country, Pelosi and her radical allies remain fixated on trying to harm the president at all costs.

But after Trump called her out, Pelosi just caved and agreed to pass the president’s landmark accomplishment.

As noted by Fox Business, the United States, Mexico, and Canada have reached a historic trade deal.

After months of stalling and delaying, Pelosi announced on Tuesday at a press conference that her caucus will support the agreement.

“There is no question, of course, that this trade agreement is much better than NAFTA,” Pelosi said.

The Democrat-led House will vote on the landmark measure next week, where it’s expected to pass almost unanimously.

Fox Business reports on the details:

The USMCA, which overhauls the Clinton-era North American Free Trade Agreement, commonly known as NAFTA, requires 75 percent of automobile components be manufactured in the United States, Canada and Mexico in order to avoid tariffs, and that 40 to 45 percent of automobile parts be made by workers who earn at least $16 an hour by 2023.

USMCA is expected to create “north of 176,000 new jobs” and inject $34 billion into the U.S. auto industry, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross told FOX Business’ Maria Bartiromo, citing International Trade Commission data. He added that as many as 589,000 new jobs could be created within five years.

The deal is so historic that even Democrats are praising Trump for getting it done.

“Every once in a great while you get to participate in an ‘it will never happen moment.’ We are witnessing that today,” said House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal, D-Mass.

“It will deliver a measure of certainty farmers badly need right now,” said Angela Hofmann, co-director of the advocacy group Farmers for Free Trade. “Now it’s time to get the bill passed before politics can get in the way. Farmers and ranchers will be watching closely to ensure that their members of Congress are standing up for American agriculture.”

Sen. Chuck Grassley, the Iowa Republican who chairs the chamber’s Finance Committee, echoed a similar message.

“Congressional passage of the agreement will be a significant win for farmers, workers and all Americans. Renegotiating NAFTA was a central campaign promise made by President Trump. He kept his word and Americans will enjoy the many benefits of this upgraded trade deal as a result,” he said.

Trump took to Twitter and spoke about the historic deal and Democrats finally agreeing to pass it.

The USMCA is one of Trump’s landmark victories and will result in tens of billions of dollars flowing back into the United States.

It ends the 30-year-old NAFTA trade agreement that President Bill Clinton passed while in office, which led to countless American jobs disappearing.

One of Trump’s biggest campaign promises was to fix that problem with a new, better trade deal — which is exactly what the USMCA is.
