New Shocking Report On Epstein’s Cause Of Death Stuns Everyone

Jeffrey Epstein’s autopsy has been released or leaked to the Washington Post and boy does it raise more questions.

Now, what the Washington Post is reporting is not definitive but they say the hyoid bone was broken.

This bone is near the Adam’s apple and while it can break when an older person hangs themselves, it is more commonly in victims of homicide by strangulation.

From Forbes: Topline: An autopsy on Jeffrey Epstein has raised questions after reportedly showing he “sustained multiple breaks in his neck bones” including the hyoid bone, which experts say is more common in homicidal strangulation, the Washington Post reported.

Forensic experts told the paper that the hyoid bone, found near the Adam’s apple in men, can break when someone, particularly an older person, hangs themselves. But instances are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation.

The findings of the autopsy shared with the Washington Post by two anonymous sources familiar with it, the paper said.

Jonathan Arden, head of the National Association of Medical Examiners, told the Post that a broken hyoid bone finding usually requires pathologists to investigate further.

Barbara Sampson, New York City’s chief medical examiner, concluded the autopsy on Sunday, but listed the cause of death as pending.

More information is needed, which could include video evidence and interviews with inmates and guards.

The multimillionaire financier, who was a convicted sex offender, was found hanging in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Centre in New York on Saturday.

Authorities, including attorney general William Barr, say he died in an “apparent suicide.”

Crucial quote: “If, hypothetically, the hyoid bone is broken, that would generally raise questions about strangulation, but it is not definitive and does not exclude suicidal hanging,” Arden told the Post. He was not involved in the autopsy.
