Pelosi Devastated – Hot Mic Moment ENDS Impeachment

House Speaker House Nancy Pelosi was devastated this week when her push for impeachment blew up before her very eyes.

And this “hot mic” moment from former President Barack Obama is horrific news for Pelosi.

Democrats held their first public impeachment hearings on Wednesday, and House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes stumped the Left’s “star” witness with just one question about Obama.

Nunes reminded Democrats about Obama being caught on a “hot mic” speaking to then-Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

“Are you aware, during the 2012 election when, at the time, President Obama leaned over on a hot mic to the then-Russian president and said that he’d have to wait until after the election?” asked Nunes.

Was that inflammatory to all Ukrainians also?” continued Nunes.

At the time, the Republican congressman was questioning acting U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine William Taylor, a witness called up by the Democrats.

“I don’t know, sir,” Taylor responded.

This particular line of questioning from Nunes came after Taylor claimed Trump “made a statement saying that it was possible that he would allow Crimea to go back to Russia.”

The ambassador said that such a statement was “amazingly inflammatory to all Ukrainians,” yet, when Nunes brought up the 2012 incident between Obama and the Russian president, Taylor was caught and so were the Democrats.

Nunes was referring to a meeting in Seoul in 2012, where Obama leaned over to Russian President Dmitri Medvedev and famously asked for more time “particularly with missile defense,” and told him that he would have more “flexibility” after the election.

“On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this can be solved, but it’s important for him to give me space,” Obama said.

“This is my last election,” he added. “After my election I have more flexibility.”

“I will transmit this information to Vladimir,” Medvedev replied.

This exchange is devastating news for Pelosi’s impeachment quest.

Taylor claimed that it was “amazingly inflammatory” that Trump would consider a policy or action that would not be a direct slap in the face to Russia.

But when Nunes asked him how he felt about Obama getting caught on a hot mic saying in 2012 that he will have “more flexibility” to work with Russia after he’s elected — Taylor had no response.

Trump tries to make peace with other countries, and Democrats claim it’s a problem.

Obama basically admits that he’s only acting tough on Russia to win an election and that he’ll do business with them after he wins his second term in office — and Democrats act as if that was no big deal.

In recent weeks, several key witnesses in the Democrats impeachment inquiry have directly refuted that there was any quid pro quo or wrongdoing by the president.

State Department official Catherine Croft testified on Oct. 30 and absolutely obliterated Democrats impeachment claims.

Here’s the main takeaways: Croft testified that (1) the hold on military aid was enacted in 2017, not around Trump’s July 25, 2019 call; (2) the Obama administration never provided similar aid to Ukraine amid the same fears that the Trump administration had; (3) the aid was delivered in early 2018, well before Trump’s phone call with the Ukrainian president, meaning it was never a condition of the phone call; (4) and the Trump administration was looking at all aid to foreign nations, not just Ukraine, in an attempt to ensure it wasn’t going to corrupt actors/governments.

Departing Senior Director of European and Russian Affairs Tim Morrison, who listed to his listened to Trump’s July 25 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelensky, testified that Trump did not break the law or do anything illegal during the conversation.

Philip Reeker, one of the top U.S. diplomats to Europe, testified that neither he nor Ukraine’s president knew that U.S. security aid was withheld to pressure Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden.

The aid was only briefly withheld in 2017 amid concerns of corruption in the Ukrainian government.

Every time Democrats release new information from an impeachment witness, it proves Trump is innocent and that they have no case to impeach the president.
