SHE LIED: Court Docs Show What Pelosi Did 3-Weeks Before Mueller Submitted Report

Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s entire Russia investigation was nothing more than a two-long scam that failed to give Democrats their chance to remove President Donald Trump from office.

In an effort to keep their Trump-Russia collusion theories alive, Democrats lied to the American people and took action behind the scenes to remove the president.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has denied numerous times that House Democrats have begun impeachment proceedings. She has also claimed publicly that she is against impeachment because she thought it would be “too divisive.”

But recent court documents prove that Pelosi and Democrats lied.

On Monday, Democrats filed documents asking a judge to force former White House counsel Don McGahn to testify before Congress. The White House has instructed McGahn not to testify because it would violate executive privelage pertaining to conversations he had with the president.

Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee filed documents in court that actually reveal they have been carrying out an impeachment investigation of Trump since before Mueller’s final Russia report was submitted.

As noted by Fox News, the court documents from Democrats prove that House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler and Pelosi have been lying.

Earlier this month, Nadler stated that “formal impeachment proceedings” were underway when he filed a petition to get secret grand jury information from the Mueller report.

Here’s where Democrats exposed themselves.

Monday’s filing shows that House Democrats began an impeachment inquiry on March 4.

Mueller submitted his final Russia report to the Department of Justice on March 22.

So based on their own court filings, House Democrats began an impeachment inquiry into Trump almost 3 weeks before Mueller had even ended his investigation and submitted his final report.

Democrats own court filing states:

“On March 4, 2019, the Judiciary Committee opened an investigation into ‘threats to the rule of law,’ encompassing alleged obstruction of justice, public corruption and other abuses of power by President Trump, his associates, and members of his Administration. One critical purpose of the Committee’s investigation is to determine whether to recommend articles of impeachment against the President.”

During an interview on March 11 with The Washington Post, Pelosi said, “Impeachment is so divisive to the country that unless there’s something so compelling and overwhelming and bipartisan, I don’t think we should go down that path, because it divides the country.”

One week before her comments, House Democrats began the impeachment inquiry.

The top Democrats in the country have been lying to the American people about their impeachment actions.

In public, they have been claiming that impeachment would be divisive and that they wanted to wait for “ironclad” evidence against Trump before they took any action.

But behind the scenes, Democrats admittedly began an impeachment inquiry back in March — weeks before Mueller ever submitted the final report on his investigation.

Democrats and their anti-Trump allies desperately hoped that Mueller investigation and testimony before Congress would give them the opportunity to impeach Trump.

But Mueller’s lackluster performance didn’t deliver the goods and Democrats are now scrambling after their stunt backfired in spectacular fashion.
