Supreme Court Notified – Jaw Dropping Arrest Sends SHOCK WAVES

Seems like every week another Democrat is trampling on the U.S. Constitution and trying to take away more rights from Americans.

And the streak has continued after a stunning arrest sent shock waves in the swing state of Michigan — and the Supreme Court has been notified.

Regardless of the outcome, this case will have serious constitutional ramifications and could set a national precedent.

In 2015, a man named Keith Wood “was distributing pamphlets” claiming that people “could choose their conscience over the law if they were picked to serve on a jury.”

Local news outlet WNEM reported that the controversial case has made its way to the state Supreme Court.

Wood distributed his material outside of the Mecosta County courthouse in relation to a matter involving a man’s wetlands dispute with a Michigan state agency.

Wood was arrested by the police at the courthouse and charged with jury tampering.

The case flew under the radar at first because Wood and prosecutors reached a plea deal to avoid the case going to trial.

But then things kicked up a notch after Wood was convicted of jury tampering — which he claimed should not have happened, given that jurors were never picked in the first place.

The Michigan Court of Appeals upheld his conviction, but the state Supreme Court has agreed to take up his case.

The First Amendment states, in part, that “Congress shall make no law … abridging the freedom of speech or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

This happened in Michigan, but it could be making it’s way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The case is going to set up a showdown on the issue of free speech, with some suggesting this could turn out to be one of the biggest cases in the nation.

And if it makes it to the U.S. Supreme Court, which is very possible, it could have major implications on the First Amendment and where citizens can exercise their right to free speech.

Liberals would love nothing more than another ruling that trampled on the Constitution and Americans’ rights.

Imagine if this sets a precedent where you, as an American, will no longer be allowed to say certain things at certain places in public. It would be horrifying and the polar opposite of democracy.

Time will tell what happens with this case, but things haven’t been going well for liberals lately.

Seems like corrupt Democrats have been charged and arrested a lot lately.

-Pennsylvania state Democratic Rep. Movita Johnson-Harrell stole $500,000 from her own charity to pay for overdue payments for her Porsche, vacations, expensive clothes, real estate, mortgage payments, and other personal expenses.

-Democratic Illinois State Senator Martin Sandoval announced his resignation after the FBI raided his home and offices amid a fraud investigation involving possible bribery and theft charges.

-A federal wiretap caught Illinois Democratic state Rep. Luis Arroyo bribing a legislative colleague.

-Former Democratic Texas District Judge Rudy Delgado was arrested and charged with taking bribes from an informant.

-A Democratic Indiana state representative was arrested and charged after impersonating a police officer and trying to buy cocaine while driving under the influence.
