Former President Barack Obama’s administration took part in a massive conspiracy to portray President Donald Trump as a criminal who colluded with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election.
After ex-special counsel Robert Mueller concluded his Russia investigation without charging Trump for colluding or obstructing justice — several powerful figures want the Supreme Court to jail a top Obama ally for a shocking crime.
The Department of Justice’s inspector general published a damning report last week stating that fired FBI Director James Comey broke bureau policy by leaking classified memos to the media.
While no charges will be brought against Comey, it seems clear to President Donald Trump and former Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz that Comey lied to the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court when the FBI applied and received at least four warrants to spy on members of the Trump campaign.
Comey signed off on the spy warrants.
Appearing on Fox News’s “The Five,” Chaffetz ripped into Comey’s conduct and declared the disgraced former FBI Director was not out of the woods yet.
“James Comey is not out of the woods yet,” Chaffetz explained. “If James Comey thinks he has won the day, are you kidding me? The first report on him said he acted as insubordinate. This is as damning as any report you’ll ever see from an inspector general.”
Chaffetz accused Comey of misleading the FISA court judge in the FBI’s application for a warrant to spy on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
“The chief justice of the Supreme Court — once the inspector general does the FISA report — they could very well hold people in contempt,” Chaffetz added.
“James Comey’s autograph is on one of those [applications]. The Supreme Court should actually hold them accountable from misleading on the FISA abuse,” Chaffetz concluded.
FBI procedures state that only verified information can appear in FISA warrant applications.
James Comey testified that the dossier — which was compiled by former MI6 spy Christopher Steele and paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign — was not verified even though it was a central aspect of the FBI’s application to spy on the Trump campaign.
Chaffetz said this puts Comey in danger of violating the law.
Comey and other high ranking officials are alleged to have misled the court about the dossier’s origins in order to fraudulently obtain surveillance warrants.
Supreme Court Justice John Roberts oversees the FISA court — and Trump wants him to take action against Comey for lying to the FISA judge about the Steele dossier.
“Where is Justice Roberts?” Trump asked in a tweet on Sunday. “If you lie to a court, you should be held in contempt. So, if you abused the FISA, you must be held accountable. I hope Justice Roberts will take action.”
….reports are coming. Comey very vulnerable. But where is the Supreme Court. Where is Justice Roberts? If you lie to a court, you should be held in contempt. So, if you abused the FISA, you must be held accountable. I hope Justice Roberts will take action.” Jason Chaffetz, Fox

Critics – such as Chaffetz and Trump – believe Comey committed multiple crimes during the Russian collusion hoax.
Many agree that Comey should be held accountable for his likely illegal activities — and the Supreme Court may have the power to do so.
