‘Anonymous’ Found? She’s Been Reassigned From White House

President Donald Trump has been fighting back against Deep State bureaucrats and Obama holdovers since he took office three years ago.

But the White House may have identified the “Anonymous” official who claims to be a senior administration official who claims to be part of the liberal Resistance.

A new report from Axios reveals that deputy national security adviser Victoria Coates will be reassigned.

Coates has been removed from the National Security Council and reassigned as a senior adviser to Energy Secretary Dan Brouillette.

Axios reports:

Coates has battled claims that she is the still-unknown Trump administration official that penned a New York Times op-ed and book critical of President Trump.

Coates has vehemently denied the charges, which strained her working relationship with national security adviser Robert O’Brien, to colleagues.

The decision confirms Axios’ reporting that such a move was being considered earlier this week.

Some White House officials told Axios that they do not believe Coastes wrote the infamous NYT piece in 2018, where an official claimed to be part of the “Resistance” inside the White House working against the president.

Coates has vehemently denied to colleagues that she is “Anonymous,” as some people in the administration have allegedly tagged her, according to Axios.

The “Anonymous” author also wrote a book about the Resistance movement against Trump in his own White House.

In late 2018, an anonymous official person claiming to be a senior administration official published a piece in the New York Times, titled, “I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration.”

Here’s part of what the piece states:

The dilemma — which he does not fully grasp — is that many of the senior officials in his own administration are working diligently from within to frustrate parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations.
I would know. I am one of them.

To be clear, ours is not the popular “resistance” of the left. We want the administration to succeed and think that many of its policies have already made America safer and more prosperous.

But we believe our first duty is to this country, and the president continues to act in a manner that is detrimental to the health of our republic.

Aside from sounding self-righteous and as if they are saving the country, the author goes on to actually commend President Trump for having major accomplishments and keeping the nation safer.

Don’t get me wrong. There are bright spots that the near-ceaseless negative coverage of the administration fails to capture: effective deregulation, historic tax reform, a more robust military and more.

Regardless of who the “Anonymous” author is, this is another shocking reminder of what Trump is up against.

Every single day he’s battling obstructionist Democrats, there are a few Republicans who refuse to help him get things done in Congress, and there are even figures in the White House actively plotting to thwart his agenda.
